COMMUNITY GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promoter: This giveaway is run by Warburton Stays (“Promoter”), based in Australia.
Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Giveaway Period: The giveaway opens Tuesday 24 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Tuesday 7 March 2026.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Follow our Instagram or Facebook page
Tag another person in the comments on the giveaway post (each tag counts as one entry)
Bonus Entry: Join our email list via our website to receive one (1) additional entry
Only one bonus entry per person applies
By joining, you agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a two-night stay in a one-bedroom property of their choice from selected stays offered by the Promoter (Everybody's Yurt, Treetop Spa, Station Hideaway)
Prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply
Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash

Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected at random
The winner will be announced on Wednesday 8 April 2026 via Instagram Stories and updated on the original post
The winner will also be contacted via direct message
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be drawn

Conditions of Prize: Travel to and from the accommodation is not included
Booking must be made within [6 months] of winner announcement
All additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner

General Conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway if required
